Character Limit on Discovery Accelarator Case Names.
Does anyone know what the Character Limit is on Discovery Accelerator Case Names. We are trying to come up with a name scheme and we wanted to know how large the name could be.
- I had a peek at that column in the SQL db and it seems the character limit is 250. Personally I think it would be a best practice to use an alpha-numeric naming convention rather than a descriptive name. If you have a matter management or billing system already in place you could use that.
