Cyrillic Characters are not displayed correctly when viewed via viewmessage.asp

Hi All,

I have an issue here, where Cyrillic characters are not diaplaying correctly when viewed via the viewmessage.asp

It appears as though part of the message is corrupt, however as far as I'm aware it will retreive the items and display ok to the users.

Any ideas or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

    Symantec have acknowledged this issue with double byte characters and it is pending investigation.

    There is no word as to when a fix might be available.

    Have you tried changing the page encoding via the IE menu?

    What does the underlying XML source show?

    Hi,

    We have tried to change the encoding via the IE menu but all options are greyed out.

    I haven't been able to check the XML at the moment. I'll let you know ASAP.

    Hi,

    I've finally managed to have a look at the xml on the page.

    This too is showing incorrect characters. They tend to be shown as either a square, or a chinese symbol.

    Any further idea's on this one?
