Delegate access to Vaulted emails

We a mailbox that is used by a group of users.  The users have a normal Outlook profile on their PC which opens their personal mailbox and also connects to the group mailbox.  If items in the group mailbox have been vaulted, the users see the correct information in the preview pane.  They can also recall a message from the Vault by using the 'Restore from Vault' button on the toolbar.  The problem is that if they double-click a message, it shows the shortcut version of the message with a banner at the top which says, "This item has been archived by Enterprise Vault.  Click here to view the original item."  When you click in that area of the screen, nothing happens.  Any ideas on how to get a double-click to bring up the whole email for viewing?
We have Enterprise Vault 2007 with SP1.  We are using Outlook XP with SP3
Thanks for the help.

  • In your Mailbox Archive policy on the Advance tab under Outlook set the Allow Script in Shared Folders to Force On.

You can find additional information in the Vault Admin help, just search for Allow Script. :)
