Enterprise Vault 10.0.3 downgrade assistance needed

Hello: We have EV 10.0.3 installed on Windows 2008 servers and have been having issues with the backups (BE 2012). I found a post about this yesterday and would like to attempt to go back to 10.0.2...

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/ev-1003-backups was the post. So I would suggest strong words are had with support to fine out the proper reasoning here, because backups aren't something appear to have changed between 10.0.2 and 10.0.3...
