By mistake one user archive has been deleted from the enterprise vault, how can i retrieve the old archive,
The best way is to restore your data to a lab environment, all of it, and then you can export that archive and put the data back in to the production environment.
there's no method for single archive recovery (although it has been requested many times) so unfortunately, your only recourse is to do like rob said and restore your entire EV environment to a lab and do an export. be very careful that you do not overwrite your producation data in the process.
