You might be better off creating a new forum-entry. This entry you are now working in is closed (with a solution), and people only look at this to see if the solution matches with their possible issue.

If you open your own entry in the forum, people will try to help and solve your issue.

When do you, let's look at the test PC... Was it a clean install of Windows 7 with SP 1 integrated? Do you have the MSI log file?
