Files in Personal Store Management
Once the files say "Completed", do they need to remain in this area indefinitely or can they be safely deleted?
Does the Locator task just pick these files back up during its run time or does it know it was completed previously?

Cool, then you can remove them from the list and since they are gone the locator task will not find them again. :)
