KB URL changed?

Hello all,

I have an URL that points to the KBB articles: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&amp;key=50996&amp;channel=TECHNICAL_SOLUTION

That would show a list of kb-articles, and quickly give an overview of latest added articles.

Apparently, the link has changed.

It now routes me to a video of the Outlook Client.

Does anyone know the correct link to get on the search for KB-articles? Is there still a 'landing page' showing the KB articles?

unfortunately not. in my attached screenshot you will see the missing site i.e. for FSA:

You will see the last modified&nbsp;articles.

I have also pointer to all relevant products for me...

Any ideas?

Hi Massimo, Kai,

I don't have, like Kai, a screenshot from the 'landing page', but the screenshot from Kai does show what I was looking for.

When going to that initial landing page, you would see the KB-articles, latest at the top. This is (for me) usefull, to see what new things have been discovered, and which KB-articles might assist me in resolving issues for EV.

That assisted in determining if I needed to review my environment, to see if I might have this issue.

although the new page looks good, I would like to be able to simply get a listing of the KB-articles.
