Lockkdowns

There has been lots of discussions on this board about locking Outlook down so that users can not create PST files or open them or perform the Autoarchive from Outlook.

 

I have recently noticed that if a user send an email with some kind of backdrop it sends the backdrop as an attachment so it may be an idea to lock this option down as well.

 

Anyone done this yet ? if so how have you gone about it, can lock down the create new mail using stationary but how can you disable the Stationary Picker in the Tools Options Menu - don't want to lock the whole lot down due the the fact the signature in in the same place.
