Missing Files

Hey
I have trying to move a archive from on site to another and faced the same error trace, when move the same archive

I have then run the evsvr tool for Verify all Archive Objects. And here can I see that SISPartId 70DEE11A2366C63650E961D3371B2CA1~AB~90CD807E~00~1 related to the item that has been failing in the move processes not is found on the disk.

Is this the same item and can if just rename file extension from .dvscc to .dvssp or what else to do

  • *.DVSSP is the sharable part, which means usually its an attachment
    *.DVSCC is the converted content, wich is an HTML version of the attachment thats used to be added to the indexes and such

    So no, you cant its not the same thing my suggetion is get the original back from backup.

  • On a side note, after you've restored it I'd check that your AV isnt targetting your vault store partition and hasn't removed the file for what ever reason.

  • Ok, if I do a repair instead of a verify in evsvr is the only thing it well do then, only deleting the references in the db from the database and nothing more for this to files

    because I can not find the files in the backup or av
