Outlook Add-in with 12.4

Hi All,

We are encountering a strange error. The Outlook EV Add-in is generating a local storage error in Outlook however it connects with no issue in IE, then after the connection is established the Outlook Add-in works. Has anyone seen this before?

    We figured out the issue, the client couldn't write the file evault.xx.xml to c:\user\<userid>\appdata\local\microsoft\internet explorer\domstore.
