This needs investigating via SYMC EV support so I would recommend you log a case.
Why you are awaiting response, does OWA start workiing again if you remove EV? Does the same thing occur when you re-install it? I think these would be two things useful for support to know and what I would want to know if I was troubleshooting this further.
