EV 10.0.4R1 or Cumlative hotfix

We are getting ready to migrate from ev9 to ev10.0.4  And noticed there is a new 10.0.4R1 for download under licenses as well as a support cummlative hotfix. is the hotfix rolled up into R1    ...

    EV10.0.4 has been repackaged to remove the Secure Messaging and Rights Management

    (SMRM) component hence EV10.0.4 R1. This release does not include cumulative hotfix.
