"Sent Items" do not appear in Archive Explorer

Hi,

We have installed Enterprise Vault 10.0.4 on a Windows 2008R2 x64 server. Archiving is working well but when we open the Archive Explorer on a Windows 8.1 / Outlook 2010 PC we cannot see the "Sent Items" . We only see "Inbox" and its subfolders , if any, under the archived mailbox. The archived sent items can easily found by search. 

 

Can anybody help on this ?

  • Very likely to just be an internet explorer caching issue. Try clearing your IE cache and/or 'Refresh' at the top level of Archive Explorer.
