Store Icon in Outlook - Cannot select retention category

    Main thing is making sure the Overall Lock is unchecked.

There is one small modification that that article requires. Step 9 states:

9. In the "List settings from:" drop down list, select "Outlook".

It should read: 

9. In the "In the Desktop Policy (Not the mailbox policY), Advanced Tab, List settings from:" drop down list, select "Outlook".
