You can get the Trailware version of EV 10 here:

However, you should work with a partner or Symantec if you want to evaulate EV. It isn't just a plug-n-play software.
Your best bet is to contact symantecs sales and ask for a trial and the software.
You can only download the software through FileConnect, and to get it you would need a valid serial number and only Sales can give temporary license keys
Also i'm not sure whether you would get EV9 since EV10 has been out for a while now
