Transfer FSA files

Hi Please help,

I get the following error when I try to copy a folder of archived files.here is an example,

This is a new installation of FSA (3 weeks)

    I would say you're hitting the recall limit

    Thank you,

    That's exactaly my problem,

    Is there anywhere I can get info on fsautility, ie where it is located on the server etc
