Does Symantec already acquired Gurdian Edge?

    If you are not an existing GuardianEdge customer and wish to purchase software, please call Symantec at 800-721-3934, and press Option 4.

    If you are an existing GuardianEdge customer and know your party's extension, press 1. If you wish to purchase additional licenses, press 2. If you need technical support, press 4.

    That acquisition happened in June of last year.

    Thanks for the quick response. Does it mean that Symantec will now support Guardian Edge customer? whom to contact if you need support?

    Symantec does support Guardian Edge customers.

    These numbers are for PGP customers, but I believe they are good for GE as well.

    When you call you'll be prompted for your Account ID, which is xxxx. The system will also prompt you for information about whether you are calling regarding a current or new Support Incident. You'll then be routed to your Assigned Engineer, or, if he or she is unavailable, to the next available Support Engineer.
