PureDisk Login Error

Hi,

We are not able to login to PureDisk. We get the following error message at the login screen

; nested exception is: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: vrts.vss.sdk.at.exception.VRTSAtException: Operation Failed

 

This was after renewing an expired account but the account doesn't say it is expired anymore as you can see here

 

I thought this may have been a certificate issue but i imported the broker certificate into cacerts but still didn't work.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
