96 unable to allocate new media for backup, storage unit has none available

Initially we had two robots and four drives, robot 1 stopped working, therefore drives 1 and 2 are now offline. Now most of the backup jobs fail with the following error code:

What can of diagnostics or commands we can run to pinpoint what is the source of the problem?

    This error almost always boils down to one of the following

    The pool you’ve select has no media available (with correct retention) to write on or continue writing on (and there are no free media in the scratch pool

    There is media available but its density doesn’t match your storage unit’s density eg hcart ot hcart2

    There is media available with correct density and in the correct pool but it’s frozen or suspended

    Take a closer look at the media available on your pools, which pools the policies are using, storage units details and bpmedlalist to check for frozen media

      One more helpful report:
      available_media
      Run from cmd on the master server and redirect output to a .txt file.
      Command is in goodies directory.
