Seems like you are using accelerator in the policy as well.. Try creating a new schedule in the same policy with the forced rescan option enabled and attempt to run this schedule.. This backup would take a very long time to complete as it would be similar to the first traditional full backup and would scan all the files..
If your backup selection has large sparse files then you maybe facing the issue mentioned in the below article
