You have selected Windows 8 as OS.
If this is the case, how did you manage to install NBU 7.5 on this client?
Windows 8 is only supported as from 7.5.0.6 with this installation media:NB_7.5.0.6.winnt.x64.Client.Win2012.exe provides a full installer for NetBackup 7.5.0.6 Client onWindows 2012 Server and Windows 8 Client.

Ensure that bpbkar and bpfis folders exist under netbackup\logs on this client.
bpbkar log should also help to tell us if snapshots were attempted. Please post as File attachment.
