Bacula x NetBackup

Hello I have a client who is using Bacula backup software and how I would like him to use NetBackup. How could I convince him to use the Netbackup?

    Bacula is not a very well-known product and may therefore be a lot cheaper than NetBackup.

    I cannot imagine that any sort of competitive information exists.

    Your best bet is to 'sell' the fact that Symantec is one of the top Enterprise backup products with world-wide support. Share IDC reports and Gartner magic quadrant status. See http://www.symantec.com/en/za/products-solutions/families/advantages.jsp?fid=netbackup-platform 

    But you really need to determine if your customer is in need of an Enterprise backup solution.
