Migration of DB2 HPUX to Windows

Hi Guys, Im completely new about this one. Our client is planning to migrate their DB2 HPUX Servers to Windows 2012. I just want to ask if we need ''new licenses'' for windows after they migrated ...

    Your current App & DB license for Unix will still work, but the Windows version is cheaper.

    Speak to your reseller when it's time for maintenance renewal.

Hi Marianne,

So the license that we used on hpux app & db will work when the OS changed to windows.

    The App & Db license goes on the master server and enables all db agent policy types. So, yes. The current license will be good.
