bptestbpcd cmd Connectivity from mediaserver to client Failed

Hi, I am working on windows environemt (master, meida and client) I am getting connectivity error for bptest cmd from mediaserver to cleint and the same bptest runs fine from another media serv...

    You are pinging xyz.m.com which is different from the client you run the bptestbpcd for (that is xyz).

     

    Ping to xyz.m.com resolves to 10.11.1.214 and bptestbpcd to xyz resolves to 192.168.225.22

     

            status: FAILED, (42) CONNECT_REFUSED; system: (10061) No connection coul
d be made because the target machine actively refused it. ; FROM 0.0.0.0 TO xyz
192.168.225.22 bpcd VIA pbx

     

    How about double or triple checking hostname resolution from both sides?
