Creating Netbackup User with read-only access

Hi Techies Can Anybody Help me,

I want to create a new user in Netbackup such that the user must have only Read-only access. i..e.

He Should be restricted to make any changes in the policies and configuration and he will be able to see all the configuration and etc..

Currently all my Netbackup users are using the same Windows server credentials(LDAP) to login.

No users are currently created in Netbackup.

My Netbackup version is 7.7.1

operating system-Windows 2012 R2.

GUI Mode.
