Current storage device is no longer available
Hi,
How can I troubleshoot this error when I open the emv8001-hcart-robot-tld-0? I want to make sure the TLD(0) is up and running but it does not have option to select with, thoough I can see the TL(0) robot do exists.
Thanks for your help. :)
Regards,
EMNBUM01 is not at all configured as a media server. Probably Windows Admin Console only.
emv88001 is the master and also media server (plus NDMP media server).
TLD(0) is attached to emv88001.
The OS sees the tape drives but nothing is configured in NBU.You need to run the device config, select emv88001 to add the tape drives that are in the robot.
You can skip the STU config at the end, as these parameters should still be the same.Confirm with 'tpconfig -l' on emv88001 after device config.
- As Marianne mentioned please run the Device configuration wizard in NetBackup and select the media server as well as the ndmp host which the library is locally attached to and then see if the drives are visible.. Currently from the outputs shared as mentione by Marianne we see that the
robot tld 0 is configured but there are no drives configured under this robot
