Error: 22: dctstrcpy: invalid NULL src parameter
Error: 89: Database query failed: Could not create DORecord.
Fingerprint: d6b9f9ce085c2685232bc568b0cafe3f
Called by : pqVisitByContext
Reason : possible internal bug detected
Message : Segment list of a DORecord is corrupt. Segment 56365 has size 3644155828 (> 2 GiB). Data is probably in wrong byte order (host vs. network order)
And ./crcollect -v -m +1,+2 shows the above error while collecting garbage.
Output for ./crcontrol --getmode
Mode : GET=Yes PUT=No DEREF=Yes SYSTEM=Yes STORAGED=Yes REROUTE=No COMPACTD=Yes RECOVERCRDB=No
./Crcontrol --processqueue is not executing. (old .tlog files are not processing)
In <dedup path>/log/spoold.log , do you see the queue processing progress, did it fail to complete all the records?
If that's the case, it's time to log a case with Symantec support - you may be asked to run the crchk to recover your corrupted data in the MSDP mini-catalog.
