Duplicate old backup LTO4 - LTO6

Hi, i need to duplicate old backup on LTO4 to LTO6 I go to menu "catalog"=>"duplicate" right clik and i duplicate to my storage unit LTO6 When i do this, i have this error: 16/11/2017 09:17:02 - ...

    hi,

    thanks for the answer.

    i work with veritas support because the probleme is not present when my LTO4 drive are shared with NDMP (NetApp) device.

    If i stop share my LTO4 drive with NDMp : i can't duplicate (zoning with brocade)

    when i share my drive : i can duplicate.

    If you want i can share what we gonna do with veritas support

well was not a NBU probleme but zonning.
