    Master server.

    Please see my previous post:

    When you run the command from NBU master/emm server.....

    PLEASE remember to check if media server was installed as master. If so, best to uninstall and reinstall.

The command will work IF we know for sure that the media server was installed as MEDIA server and not accidentally as master server. Please post output of 'bpps -x' on the media server so that we can better understand your situation.
