Error requesting media, TpErrno = Robot operation failed

Yesterday I start to take this problem,

"robot operation failed" means there are something wrong with your tape library that prevent operation of mounting or unmounting tapes. Please check winfows event log, logs of your tape library, and LED and LCD of the tape library for further detail.
