Error requesting media, TpErrno = Robot operation failed

Master server is Windows 2008 R2 x64

Nbu 7.5.0.5

Yesterday I start to take this problem,

    "robot operation failed" means there are something wrong with your tape library that prevent operation of mounting or unmounting tapes. Please check winfows event log, logs of your tape library, and LED and LCD   of the tape library for further detail.

    "robot operation failed" means there are something wrong with your tape library that prevent operation of mounting or unmounting tapes. Please check winfows event log, logs of your tape library, and LED and LCD   of the tape library for further detail.

    Check the robot path is free for obstructions. 

    TpErrno = Robot operation failed

    Operator action may be required. Pending Action: Tape is unmountable.

    If media SP3008 is the only one to show this behaviour freeze it with

    bpmedia -freeze -m SP3008 -h sp-nb2.standardprofil.com or move the tape to the none pool using the GUI.
