Error with media when execute SLP Deduplication

Hello, I have a image in disk pool, but when slp deduplication is execute i have de the next error; Error bptm (pid=28784) FREEZING media id 000080, Medium identifiers do not match i see the media...

Error 93 is typically the result of tape from another source being added to the library. NetBackup will not overwrite different tape formats by default.

To fix this, you could either run a quick erase or enable media overwrite. Have  a look on this article: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100017535
