The services have definitely been restarted before the restore (all Netbackup/Exchange servers were restarted overnight and the problem persists this morning).

The image from 25/12/2015 is the one I'm testing the restore from.
The client listed in the parent job (Under "Client" on job overview) is DAG01.example.co.uk, the client listed in the child job (in the same place) is EX07.
There are no images brought back when searching for images for the client "EX07" with bpimagelist.
EX07 is the target server for the restore and holds the RDB database. The original server that held the mailbox was EX01.
For reference I've got 4 Exchange 2013 servers (EX01,EX02,EX07 and EX08) all are both CAS and Mailbox servers.
