Hyper-v Backup failing with Snapshot error 156
Hello friends,
we have Netbackup Master server on Windows 8 R2
and client machine is a virtual server on Hyper-v which is failing with below error..
what possible could be the reason..?? an...

- Open the Hyper-V policy in the NetBackup Administrators Console and click the Options button under Snapshot Client on the Attributes tab. Change the "Allow Offline Backup of VM" option to Yes, or
- Resolve the situation with the virtual machine(s) that causes Microsoft to place it into a 'Saved' state. This could involve making changes to the virtual machine configuration.
