  • Please let us know what type of 'disk storage'.
The disk pool name R_LSU1 makes me think that this might be an OST Appliance. Is my assumption correct?
    If so, what make/model/plugin version?
Have you followed the manufacturer's documentation to configure AIR?

Have you tested this disk pool / Storage Unit as backup target at the remote site? (Even if only a small test backup.)
    Is it functioning correctly?

Please increase bpdm logging level - level 0 log does not give enough info.

Also - PLEASE syncronize the time and Timezone between NBU servers and Storage servers. This much of a time difference is NOT good!

Master NBU: Thu Jun 28 21:30:45 IST 2018
Replica NBU: Thu Jun 28 21:26:03 IST 2018
Master Storage: Thu Jun 28 06:56:45 GMT 2018
Replica Storage: Thu Jun 28 07:04:39 GMT 2018

    PS:
NBU connectivity to Storage Server is more than just a ping....

  • What is the date and time on the source master server?

The timestamp (1530123623) seems to be ahead of the actual current time  - 1530099954.

The destination/import master server cannot import an image before the image time has been reached.

Please check that date/time setting is syncronized on the 2 masters.

Next to investigate are these errors:

        23:54:45.393 [29105] <2> bp_sts_get_lsu: entry R_LSU1
        23:54:45.399 [29105] <32> bp_sts_get_filesize: sts_open_image failed: error 2060046
        23:54:45.400 [29105] <32> setup_fragment_for_im_read: could not obtain file size for jpvm051_1530123623_C1_IM, status: 2060046

Do you have bptm and bpdm logs on the remote media server?

Is this the only image that does not import?
Are other images replicating and importing successfully?

What type of storage are you using at the 2 sites?

  • NetBackup is not able to connect to your Storage Server, this message clearly says that - 23:54:45.399 [29105] <32> bp_sts_get_filesize: sts_open_image failed: error 2060046 . By the way, where are you trying to import the images from (what type of device is this)??
