INF - Skipping backup id there is no fragment 1

Hi there,
I'm using the catalog view in GUI to verify contents of media. I get this error on one of the media:
INF - Skipping backup id (clientname)...
So no copy 1 or anything on disk in that output.
Copy 2 is primary and split across 1784L4 and 0155L4
Copy 3 is on 1391L4
As you are on 7.6.x and everything is in EMM these days it would be best to take the earlier advice and call support or do the consistency check
