job status shows "incomplete"

By looking at information in Details tab and troubleshooting the status code.
If your issue is with status 24, go through recent posts in this forum. There was a post a couple of days ago.
Symantec employee mph999 has listed a lot of possible causes for status 24.Again - your issue should not be with Incomplete status. Troubleshoot the status code causing the failure.
Please bear in mind that in most cases (like status 24) NBU is merely REPORTING the error, not CAUSING it.
