Please see the below error, and asap how to solve the issue.

I don't see an error. I only see an Info message:
Info nbrb(pid=1272) Limit has been reached for the logical resource pune-bkp.NBU_CLIENT.MAXJOBS.pnms-mp1
Check Host Properties -> Global Attributes on the Master server.
What is Max Jobs per Client set to?
(The default is 1)Also check Host Properties -> Master -> Client Attributes.
See if Client pnms-mp1 is added to the list.
If so, check what Maximum data streams is set to.
This value will override Global Attributes for this client.
