nbdb is not available

hi all ,   please  i need a solution for this issue  i have netbackup 7.6 on windows server 2012 after an attempt to add a NDMP client (hostname : nas-sang.ad-cbg.com ) nbdb is not available...

    On the master, registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > VERITAS > NetBackup > CurrentVersion > Config

    What are the values of :

    EMM_SERVER
    VXDBMS_NB_DATA

    Also, what is the hostname of the master.
