NBU 8.1 Windows client download?

Is there a NBU Windows 64bit 8.1 Client I can download? I'm having no luck finding it under downloads.  I see a 1.7Gb zip file that contains the words Windows and 8.1 (also ML?) but I think this is the server install, which may include the client? 

We're getting ready to upgrade to 8.2, but I'd like to clear up some of these Windows errors (client process aborted) that I'm seeing on a few servers.
