Netbackup 11.d Reports

I need to run a report with the media cartridge label AND the Job name.
 
Basically I need to match up the *.bkf file name with the name of the Job that is running.
 
Using custom reports, I do not get an option to put those 2 fields togehter (even with advanced checked) and I have not seen a canned report with that info.

    I think you may have posted to the wrong forum.
    There is no version 11d in NetBackup.
    I suggest you try the BackupExec forum.
