Netbackup 7.5 - Status 98

Hi This is new deployment for exchange 2010 backup When were media is the drive the following error occur * error requesting media (tpreq)(98)   Thanks, Jyokumar

    Your media density is incorrect - they are all type DLT. You will have to delete all media, add barcode rules to add media for type hcart and hcart2 (to match drive and STU types), then re-run inventory.

NBU status: 830, EMM status: No drives are available 

Please double-check tape drive as well as media density. They must match.

If tape drive density is hcart, media density must also be hcart.

Please post output of commands that i have requested above. We should be able to assist better if we have more information.

PS: If this is a new installation, why do you need to erase/label media?
