NetBackup 8.2 nbdeployutil did not automatically run

I have 2 master servers that are both running NetBackup 8.2 on Solaris 11 which did not run the weekly automatic nbdeployutil for uploading to Smart Meter. There are no new files in /usr/openv/var/global/incremental (just the files dated from last week). Has anyone else seen this issue?

BTW - how does one get the Product Version selection when creating a new discussion to have the option of 8.2?

    This was an DST issue. The collection ran on Friday. I had to adjust the frequency so that it would run again on Thrusday and then change in back again so it will continue to run on Thursday.

    I am wondering this has something to do with daylight saving time.
