Netbackup Cloud Storage option fault

Hi,

   Recently, I've upgraded my Netbackup 7.1.0.3 to Netbackup 7.5.0.4 for the reason that I want to use the backup to Amazon S3 option. After the migration I'm connecting to the Java console of the Media Server and the "Configure Cloud Storage Server" option is grey (see attached picture).

   What is the problem? Does it need extra license? 

Envirnment

Master Server

Windows Server 2008 R2 x64

Netbackup 7.5.0.4

 

Media Server

Windows Server 2008 R2 x64

Netbackup7.5.0.4

    its requires Enterprise Disk License, do you have the  Enterprise Disk License ?

     

    statement form Cloude admin guide:-

    NetBackup Cloud Storage is enabled through the Enterprise Disk

    License. No additional cloud-specific license key is required for
    the basic cloud features. If you plan to use NetBackup Accelerator
    with NetBackup Cloud you must upgrade to the Data Protection
    Optimization Option which includes the NetBackup Accelerator
    feature.

    you have open the java console for Media server... that is the reason most of the options are grayed out....
    open the java console for Master server and then start the configurations..

    Hi Nagalla,

        I checked the licenses and it seems that I've not the specific license. I'll ask my reseller on Monday and I'll get back to you.

        Also from the Master Server java console this option is grey (probably for the above reason)

    P.S. Do you know where I can find a trial code (till Monday that I'll communicate with my reseller) in order to do some tests in a test envirnment?

    you need reach the symantec licensing them to get the evaluation key...
