Netbackup password and New User
Hi,
I have a backup server and applied on it NetBackup software v7.0.1 on unix ,I log in as " root " to this server ,, then as " root " to NetBackup ,, i want to ask how to do the following :...

To change the password of root, you do this from the OS level as user root
passwd or passwd root
You can add new users to the OS, using useradd (or by modifying the /etc/passwd, /etc/shadow files). I recommend using useradd.
you can then modify the /usr/openv/java/auth.conf file to change the priviledge of each user
