Netbakcup windows client installation failing with status 140

Trying to install Netbackup client on windows server 2016 but failing with below error.

Even proceed without the certficate deployment is failing with errors.

    Can you give us installation log? did you try rebooting server ? may be its has a  pending reboot

    Some times when windows UAC is enabled, even logged as a admin user you need run the install process with option run as administrator.
