Ops center data collection problem from master server

.My netbackup version is 7.0.1

Master, Media and ops center server at windows 2008

I install the opscenter through the guidline found from

https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/blogs/opscenter-installation-and-troubleshooting-tutorial-how

I make a separate server for opscenter server and add master server.

But I am facing some problem while gathering data from master server.

It fetches some data. some others are failed. Here is a snapshot

at monitoring window, many information are not shown

How I can proceed

Proceed by installing an upto-date version. 7.0.1 is OLD!

As per the screenshot error msg. you need to have a master server 7.5 or above connected.

But if your master server is already at that level or above, it is possibly a bug and need to get Netcakup Support to resolve this. I saw something similar when upgrading from 7.6.0.2 to 7.6.0.4.

Make sure your Master server bp.conf have below lines.

SERVER = <Your Ops Center Server Name>

OPS_CENTER_SERVER_NAME = <Your Ops Center Server Name>

Once you updated, Disable and then re-enable data collection.

I can install opscenter 7.5 and its working. But I can't restore files & directories from opscenter. The option is disable.

Any suggestions?
