Ops center data collection problem from master server

Question

.My netbackup version is 7.0.1

Master, Media and ops center server at windows 2008

I install the opscenter through the&nbsp; guidline found from

&nbsp;

I make a separate server for opscenter server and add master server.&nbsp;

But I am facing some problem while gathering data from master server.

It fetches some data. some others are failed. Here is a snapshot

at monitoring window, many information are not shown

How I can proceed

Proceed by installing an upto-date version. 7.0.1 is OLD!

Make sure your Master server bp.conf have below lines.

SERVER = &lt;Your Ops Center Server Name&gt;

OPS_CENTER_SERVER_NAME&nbsp;= &lt;Your Ops Center Server Name&gt;

Once you updated, Disable and then re-enable data collection.

I can install opscenter 7.5 and its working. But I can't restore files &amp; directories from opscenter. The option is disable.
