problem in doing backup in exchange 2010

hi,

i need a help.

I have netbackup server version 7.5, my client is a windows server 2008 R2. Am running client agent version 6.5 on that machine.

Ms exchange 2010 has been configure on that and i want to backup all mailboxes from that server. My client is connected to my nbu server. am getting the following errors:

I really need help to sort out this problem as i have no backup of this server.
 
Please help me out, if someone know how to resolve that issue.

  • The error message tells you exactly what is wrong:

    You cannot use the backup directive for Database Availability Groups for an Exchange Standalone backup

    As per previous posts - if you have a Standalone Exchange Server, the Backup Selection must be:
    Microsoft Information Store:\

    Please take your time and go through the manual and videos.....
