agent for Netbackup 6.5, its END OF SUPPORT, I wonder if you could get it or not..,

I have no idea if it will work. You will also have no support from Symantec if you try to get it working on 6.5 and experience issues.
You really need to upgrade your environment.
If you have a valid maintenance contract, upgrade is for free.
Best to get hold of your nearest Symantec reseller and discuss upgrade of your environment and license requirements.
