    It seems that the new media server setup was done differently. 

    Please have a look at the differences - firstly the license that you added to new media server is different: 

    MachineName = "MEDIA01.domain.fr"
    FQName = "MEDIA01.domain.fr"
    MachineFlags = 0x17
    MachineNbuType = media (1)
    MachineState = active for tape and disk jobs (14)
    MasterServerName = "MASTER01.domain.fr"

    MachineName = "NEW_MEDIA_SERVER"
    FQName = "NEW_MEDIA_SERVER.domain.fr"
    MachineFlags = 0x10
    MachineNbuType = media (1)
    MachineState = active for disk jobs (12)
    MasterServerName = "MASTER01.domain.fr"

    PLATFORM BASE COMPLETE EDITION LICENSE should've enabled all options - disk and tape, not only disk ( 'active for disk' normally means Basic Disk).

    Then it seems that you have added the master server name as FQDN (MASTER01.domain.fr)  on NEW_MEDIA_SERVER, but entered EMM server name as shortname (MASTER01):

    MasterServerName = "MASTER01.domain.fr"

    Server Type Host Version Host Name EMM Server
    MASTER 8.1 MASTER01.domain.fr MASTER01.domain.fr
    MEDIA 8.1 NEW_MEDIA_SERVER MASTER01
    MEDIA 8.1 MEDIA01.domain.fr MASTER01.domain.fr

    Extremely important to be consistent with naming convension and to double-check and confirm license key on the media server. 
    Lastly - carefully check all the steps that you have followed.... 
    You will need to remove all remnants of failed config on new media server before you try again.
    When you try again, please take screenshots of each step.

Always a good idea to post your own issues in a new discussion - if you want to refer to another post, you can provide the link. 
The problem with following advice from that post is that issue was not resolved and guilhemflo stopped responding to requests for command output. 

Have you tried to firstly config the media server with basic disk? Is that working fine doing test backup? 

Can you show us output of:
nbemmcmd -listhosts -verbose
nbemmcmd -getemmserver

Please try to stick to exact same names if you feel that you need to replace real hostnames. 
I see 3 different names for the new media server: 
new_media_server
HOST_NAME = NEW_MEDIA
CLIENT_NAME = MEDIA_01.intra.cea.fr

    Thanks for your answer.

    We don't tried to config media server with basic disk at all. We're gonna do that during the day.

    To be clear, our master server will be named MASTER01, our first mediaserver/MSDP will be named MEDIA01 and our second media server, which must become the second msdp, will be named NEW_MEDIA_SERVER.

        Ok, so I uninstall netbackup on NEW_MEDIA_SERVER and install it as NBU Media Server with the new license key.

        I entered NEW_MEDIA_SERVER.domain.fr on "Media Server Name" and MASTER01.domain.fr on "Master Server Name". After that,I proceed without certificate deployment and finish the installation.

        On my MASTER01.domain.fr, I revoked the certificate of NEW_MEDIA_SERVER and generate reissue token. On NEW_MEDIA_SERVER, I do the following command : nbcertcmd -getcertificate -server MASTER01.domain.fr -host NEW_MEDIA_SERVER.domain.fr -token TOKEN.

        I checked with your commands if I have differences on MASTER01.domain.fr.

        I tried to configure NEW_MEDIA_SERVER like MSDP, and it's working fine ! I could create the disk pool and storage unit.

        Thanks a lot to have take your time to resolve my problem.

      FYI - underscores are no longer supported in names for NetBackup Clients, nor in names of NetBackup Servers.
